No, you’re not imagining it – scarves of all kinds are making appearances left and right. And I don’t just mean your traditional wool scarf, intended to keep your neck warm from the freezing temps. I mean the ones that just serve as accessories (well, kind of). They come attached to other items of clothing, like tops and jackets, and function more as an eye-catching detail than something to weather the cold.
