Frequently I am tempted by the gorgeous interior designs living on Instagram and Pinterest. And I save them neatly into a folder for me to look at whenever I’m feeling uninspired. Truthfully, the environment you live in significantly effects your mental space. My mother always said you can see into someones mind by looking at the state of their bedroom. Your physical space is a reflection of your mental space. So whenever you’re feeling a bit down, give your home a good clean, maybe shift around some furniture, and you’ll find your headspace get a little refresh along with it.
